About Miller Inventory Services


Miller Inventory Services is a professional, privately owned inventory practice, established in 1994.

We pride ourselves on our personal, professional and competitive service.

Miller Inventory Services holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance. We are members of the AIIC (The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks) and APIP (The Association of Professional Inventory Providers) part of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents).

All our business is conducted in a professional manner, in accordance with the Association’s ‘Code of Practice’.

We employ selected inventory clerks to undertake the checks. They are kept up to date with latest legal changes and best practices though our internal workshops and continuing CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

Our normal area of service includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Surrey
  • Berkshire
  • Middlesex
  • London (north west, west and south west, central and west end)

We manage everything from our head office in Ewell, but our clerks are based right across the areas we cover.
